KREDIT PLATTFORM acts as the data controller within the meaning of the regulations.

Any data collection form on the KREDIT PLATTFORM website limits the collection of data to what is strictly necessary for the services offered. This data is collected within the framework indicated below (Article 3).

However, additional data may be collected by KREDIT PLATTFORM if the user chooses to fill in the free fields on the website. Some data must be provided in order for the user to access the services offered by KREDIT PLATTFORM on its website.

This personal data is used by KREDIT PLATTFORM as part of its activities related to the promotion of its own products and services as customer canvassing on behalf of third parties. It will only be used within the strict limits of applicable law.

All data collected and processed by KREDIT PLATTFORM is hosted within the European Union. However, in the event that one of its subcontractors is located outside the European Union, KREDIT PLATTFORM undertakes to take all necessary measures to ensure the security of its customers' and users' data.

KREDIT PLATTFORM also undertakes to verify that these service providers comply with their data security and confidentiality requirements throughout the contractual relationship. Failing this, KREDIT PLATTFORM undertakes to terminate it.

In accordance with the amended Data Protection Act and the GDPR, the user has the following rights over their data:

• The right to request rectification or deletion of the data processed.
• The right to limit the processing of your data.

• The right to file a complaint with the CNIL.
